The Rules

Here is a simple list of rules that are not too hard to fallow and are listed in three categories, each titled for the area that they pertain to as well a description of that area.

General Board Rules: These rules cover the entire site and are the ones that may prove to be the most important.
1. No Flame Wars: Please refrain from any for of flame war while you are here. If you do get into an argument please use PMs, not the board or the Cbox.
2. Becoming staff: Do not ask to become a staff member, if we want you as a staff member then ME or Tenji will let you know.
3. Do not post any pornographic or any other questionable material on this site. Remember there are people who are too young to see or read about that sort of stuff on here.
4. Limited Cursing: If you use colorful language then please keep it to where you don’t use it as much.
5. Cbox: The Cbox is not a toy, true it’s a chat device that is on this site but do not use it to harass member into doing something or use it to spam.
6. No Spamming: Do not waste posts by spamming, all posts must be at least ten words or more…or at least of some significant.
7. No Harassing: Do not try to annoy people on this site into doing something that you want them to do against their will, we happen to take this very seriously and you can easily get into a lot of trouble here for that.
8. All Federal laws apply here as well as the Proboards TOS.
9. Do not post any pirated material here such as episodes from Naruto.
10. Please keep religion and politics at home and not on this message board those kinds of discussions generally turn out to be arguments or someone leaving the site.
11. Be patient, it takes time for the staff to look over something for approval and it also takes time for people to reply to posts.
12. Listen to the staff.
13. Stay Active: if you are not on at least once every three weeks or haven't posted once in three weeks then i will have your account deleted unleash you have let us know that your on hiatus and will be back....

Posting Rules: this is a small section of rules that pertain to posting out side of character.
1. If you do not have something nice to say about someone’s idea’s or thought about a topic then please do not post them.
2. To not post anything bad about someone from another site here. Not only does that violate the rule above but it can also get you banned.
3. Do not double post, triple post or post many times in a row on the same topic if no one is replying. Remember if you want to add info then there is a modify button on you post.
4. No whining when you don’t get your way on this site because it will get you no where.

Role Playing: The Rules in this section are for role playing and creation of characters, jutsu, clans, and other stuff.
1. NO God Moding: There will be no Dodging every attack, Auto hitting, acting like nothing affects you character, still being able to fight with out exhaustion, reading another characters bio just so you can figure out how to beat him or her, never running out of ammo or power, and my personal favorite, taking control of another person’s character with out their permission.
2. No one liner RP posts
3. Keep all adult situations on the mature board only.
4. No whining when you lose a battle, with all the rules we have in place it’s kind a useless to say someone cheated because everything here is set up for fair play.
5. When you import a character make sure that it fallows our rules and that the site it is from, is one of our sites we accept bios from. Please not that these bio’s still have to be approve but you may still RP as them up to five days with out them being approved.
6. When you make a character you have to make at least one (your second character, if not your first) a Genin. That will assure there will be a good amount of Genin for teams and Chuunin Exams.
7. Please do not ruin any good moments, for example, if two people are in the middle of a heated battle, finally meeting after a long time, becoming friends, rather than enemies, exc.
8. Please be sure that you put lots of detail into making a character or anything else on this site but be sure to keep it under two pages long.
9. No extreme gore, remember its ok for there to be a little gore but nothing like chopping people in two.
10. When you make a character, and want to put in a clan that is already made by someone else you must first ask that person and one of the admin to make sure it’s ok and that no one’s storyline is messed up.
11. The Max number of characters you are aloud to have is three but if you have over 500 posts, not broken the rules, and not have gotten on my bad side then I will give you a fourth character...

Staff: The following set of rules has to do with those who are members of our staff.
1. There will be no editing of anyone else’s posts with out their consent.
2. If you wish any codes added to this site you must submit them to either me or Tenji so that we can make sure that they will not royally mess up the site.
3. Their will be no editing of the General settings with out consent of the admin.
4. Editing another person’s profile with out their permission is strictly prohibited and can get you banned.
5. Deleting or banning another member with out good reason will get you banned.
6. If any staff member attempts to use their position as a form of leverage in a post or RP will result in you loosing your position.

If any of the rules above are broken by any member they will be notified and warned. If breaking of the rules continues to the point where it becomes a problem then they will be either suspended from the site or banned. Also we do check the security log so any changes to the site that are made , we will know about even if someone tries to falsely accuse another member of breaking the rules.
